PLAN

OUTLINE:

The FAT diet(5.5 days) is high fat(bacon, butter, meat, eggs....), low carb( spinach, green vegetables......) with a little bit of an intermittent fast.

The Cheat night(.5 days) is very high carb(rice, potato's, cereal, cookies....), lower fat.

The One meal(1 day) after your cheat night, believe me you should not want to eat if you did your cheat night correctly!

Any diet will make you lose weight! That is not the solution, That should not be your goal!

The FAT diet will make you lose fat! That is the SOLUTION
